Stephanie R. Dietrich, LCSW, CSAT
Stephanie Dietrich, MSW, LCSW, believes everyone has the ability and strength within themselves to see the change they wish to see in their life. As your therapist, Stephanie strives to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment conducive to overcoming any challenge. Stephanie graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri in 2005 and received her Masters of Social Work from University of Houston-Graduate College of Social Work in 2008. Stephanie has extensive experience working with trauma recovery, including, but not limited to, family violence, sexual assault, grief and PTSD.
Stephanie is a Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) through IITAP in the treatment of sex/love addicts and their partners and is also EMDR certified.

Kaitlyn Thompson, LMSW
Kaitlyn grew up in Baytown, Texas and went on to receive her Undergraduate Degree in Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin in 2013. She then completed a Master's Degree of Social Work at the University of Houston in 2017. Kaitlyn has worked with at-risk students in the school setting for the last 4 years and has experience working with refugees, immigrants and crime victims. Kaitlyn loves helping others identify their goals and work towards them, she is trained in EMDR therapy to assist with processing trauma and regularly uses the Enneagram as an empathic model for assisting clients in developing deeper self-awareness. Kaitlyn is also currently being trained in Somatic Experiencing and can assist clients in processing trauma physiologically. Additionally, Kaitlyn provides couples therapy services to those seeking assistance with improved communication, premarital support, conflict resolution and more.
Kaitlyn believes that all people have the capacity for the changes that they want to see and enjoys working with clients to take steps towards those changes. As your therapist, Kaitlyn is encouraging and will be dedicated to seeing you experience the empowerment that comes with personal growth. She is attentive and transparent and makes it a priority to allow clients to steer their own treatment. Additionally, Kaitlyn is a strong follower of Jesus and can incorporate a Christian focused approach to therapy if the client desires. Rhonda West, LPC
Rhonda West is from a small town in Southern Brazoria County. Never feeling the need to venture too far from home, she completed her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and then her Masters of Science in Counseling from the University of Houston Clear Lake. Rhonda is licensed as a Professional Counselor. With twenty-seven years of experience in helping children and their families, she desires to provide counseling to those in need of finding direction, strength, or insight.
She specializes in ADHD, anxiety, anger, stress management, depression, grief, and women’s issues. Knowing first hand that life can be difficult, Rhonda uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy to help navigate her clients through unwelcome feelings, thoughts and beliefs. She is currently working on getting EMDR certified. Rhonda provides a safe, nurturing, non-judgmental atmosphere in order to pursue her passion of helping others reach their potential, discover their talents, and develop strategies to make their lives happier and healthier.

Heather Comer, LMSW
Heather is from a rural town in North Carolina. Her spouse’s career has allowed her to experience life in many states throughout the country; and in 2011, Heather’s family began to call the Houston area home. Heather obtained her Bachelors of Social Work at the University of Houston at Clear Lake in 2017, and her Masters of Social Work, from the University of Houston’s Graduate College of Social Work in 2018.
Heather’s mission is to provide expert and compassionate mental healthcare to adults and children. Her clinical skill responds with immediacy to address painful challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief/ loss, abuse, military and adoption. Heather’s clinical approach is strongly rooted in approaches which have been proven, through research, to be beneficial, and considers the therapeutic relationship between herself and her clients to be of utmost importance.
Heather enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults to assist them in identifying their strengths while supporting their goals toward a more fulfilling life. As your therapist, Heather is warm and compassionate, striving to provide a non-judgmental environment where you feel valued.
